With Sweet Briar cotton fabric, Morris & Co revisited a pattern designed by Henry Dearle in 1912. The figures illustrate a heather rose growing in the wilderness, reproduced in a new palette. The flowers, delicately tinted in pastel, imbue the spaces with their softness. They are protected by thorny stems that gracefully wind their way up the textile.
