Morris and Co

Morris & Friends is a collection of wallpapers and fabrics with an air of the 19th and 20th centuries, adorned in intense colours. It pays tribute to the talented designers at Morris & Company. These inventive craftsmen, creators of successful graphic floral designs, have contributed to the publisher's reputation from 1861 to the present day. They include founder William Morris, architects John Henry Dearle, Edward Godwin, Philip Webb and Charles Voysey, to name but a few. Female artists such as Kathleen Kersey, Kate Faulkner and May Morris also feature. Their work, under-recognised during the Victorian era, is celebrated by the series. The range is thus enriched by archive material, as well as including never-before-published figures.
